(Father’s Day) When God created man, he gave him eight Minds that were to form the load-bearing “pillar” in his mental house. God also gave man eight fragile Minds that were to form the “beam” in his mental house. When man sinned, the eight fragile Minds usurped the vertical position. They now pretend to be a load-bearing “pillar.” And, the eight load-bearing Minds were forced to lie down in a horizontal position and be a “beam.” Learn More

In Luke 8:43-48, the woman with the issue of blood pressed her way through the multitude, touched the Hem of Jesus’ Garment and was made whole. In this Scripture, the Hebrew word for touch (nawgah) is the same word that is used in the Book of Genesis when the Angel of the LORD touched the hollow of Jacob’s thigh as they were wrestling. Jacob wrestled with the Angel through the night season and refused to let Him go until He blessed him and gave him a new Name, Israel.

(Holland Convention): The first part of this Message deals with our stand on abortion. A brief summary of the four pictures of the Bridegroom in the Song of Solomon was given next. (Holland Convention): This lesson continues with more teaching on the word draw, mawshak. The lamb (Exodus 12) was drawn out from the flock to become a sacrifice, thus saving the firstborn of the Israelites. The LORD “passed over” or hovered over the Israelites who had applied the lamb’s blood to the door posts and lintels of their houses. This was the Passover blood or Atonement blood which also is referred to in I John 1:7 in connection with being atonement with our brothers in Christ.

(Holland Convention): Preliminary remarks included an exhortation on Supernatural Fire in the Mosaic Tabernacle and how it relates to our having the Fire of the Holy Ghost to light up the Word to us and to give us more Faith at the Golden Altar. (Holland Convention): This lesson continues with the study of the word draw in the Song of Solomon 1:3,4. This word speaks of our giving up all our past thoughts and relationships and giving our life completely to the LORD so that someone else can find Eternal Life through us. Draw, mawshak also means to sow.

This lesson deals with the first two points of Jesus’ experiences with the Holy Ghost while on Earth: (1) Jesus is baptized in the Holy Ghost, and (2) Jesus is led and driven into the wilderness. When Jesus came up out of the water, the Spirit led and drove Jesus, immediately, into the wilderness to be tempted of the Devil and to fight beasts. Learn More

Mark 1:12,13. This lesson tells us who the beasts were that Jesus fought, after the Spirit drove Him into the Wilderness. The Word for Beasts in Hebrew is khahyaw. Ezekiel 1:13 shows us where these beasts originally came from. They were formerly female angels or cherubim on God’s Throne Chariot.

Reverend Hicks demonstrated, by staging a “Bread” fight between the bad kingdom — Lion, Bear, Leopard, and Iron — and the Good Kingdom — Lion, Man, Eagle, and Ox — how we overcome the beasts that Jesus fought and and defeated in the wilderness. Our weapon of warfare against these kingdoms is the Word of God. Every time the bad kingdom comes against us, we must quote the Word, and the Word will defeat the enemy every time. Ezekiel 47:1-5. The Principle in this lesson is how God reveals His Name to us. He begins with the oozing of one drop, which eventually becomes a torrent to swim in. We must not despise the day of small things because we cannot see where just one drop will lead us. The rich man rejected every drop of God’s Name that came his way, but Lazarus, although he was a poor beggar, loved the Name of the LORD.Abraham’s seed began with one son, but his seed will be as the stars. The first thing we learn from Ephesians 4:22-27 is that we are to put off the Old Man. He is withered and old. We are to put off his ideas, feelings, thinkings, and behaviours. Mail the Old Man back to the Devil. Then, we are to put on the New Man by letting him grow. This lesson shows what we are to put on,and what we are to put off. We are to be angry and sin not. How to do this is explained. Then, Paul said, “neither give place to the devil.” Learn More

Ephesians 6:10: This message first reviews part of the Holland Convention and deals with the tears we are to shed over the Eternal Seed. We are not to cry over the "soil” but the Seed. There are different kinds of soils, as recorded in the Parable of the Sower. Then, the message continued with Ephesians 6:10 which gives us the way to overcome Sawtawn’s opposition to God’s Headship in our life — which is to be strong in the Power (Oze) and Might of Christ’s Headship. There is Power only in His Headship. Our headship has no power.
