This lesson, which is a continuation of the Khool Dance, deals with the fourth point: mourning produces dancing. Psalm 30:10,11 and Psalm116:16-19 show how this Principle worked in David’s life. After he had repented, showing deep sorrow and lamentation for his sin, he danced because he had been pardoned and forgiven.

This lesson deals with the age-old question: Whom will we serve— the Creator, with His Torah-Truth of Life and Death, or the creature, Lucifer, with his false torah that is surrounded by clouds of darkness? When the LORD gave His Torah to Israel, they stood in four different positions. The first three positions pertain to the Stature of the Son; the fourth position relates to the Stature of the Father.

This lesson continues to deal with the first class of dance, the Birth Dance, which is identified by the Hebrew word khool. The Victory Dance, which is the fifth point under the Birth Dance, is recorded in the Book of First Samuel. In chapters seventeen and eighteen, one can see that the Principle of Truth and Opposition was balanced in David’s life. In chapter seventeen, the Truth was that David went down to the battle in obedience to his father’s command. But, when he entered the camp, he faced opposition from his own brothers who accused him of coming to spy on them.
