$5.00The 25th Degree of Sharing is called Sharing Christ’s Burning, Shining Influence, Inwardly. The text is found in Matthew 5:16,17. The Hebrew word for candle is neer, meaning a lamp. It is the same word that is used for the lamps on the Candlestick in the Holy Place of the Old Testament Tabernacle. We have to have the Light of Truth burning and shining within our own heart, illuminating us and showing us the darkness of our own temple, before we can share the burning and shining Light with others.

Jesus Christ acknowledged that the scribes and Pharisees had outward righteousness. But, Jesus told His Disciples that their righteousness had to exceed that of the scribes and Pharisees if they wanted to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. $5.00(Easter Sunday) Luke 7:37,38 tells of a woman in the New Testament who learned to live behind the LORD, lifting up His Name. She stood at Jesus’ Feet behind Him, weeping, and she began to wash His Feet with her tears and to wipe them with the hairs of her head. The Hebrew word for behind (akh-ar) is the same word used for the Sea of Forgetfulness behind God’s Back. Although Luke did not mentioned the name of the woman, we know by Principle that it was Mary Magdalene, out of whom Jesus had cast seven devils, because of Mary’s consist willingness to stand in the behind position in other Scriptures.
