The beginning of this message is a review of the four colours in the hangings of the Gate in the Mosaic Tabernacle and their relationship to the four letters of the LORD’s Name. (Employee Christmas Luncheon) Isaiah 9:6 says,“… and the government [empire] shall be upon his shoulder…” Christ is the Head over all the Empire (mis-raw). Mis-raw also means to have prevailing power with God; therefore, Christ is the Ruler over all because He has prevailed over Death, Hell, and the Grave. As the Head over ALL, He is the Head over us and all others and all situations. When Jacob (referred to in Hosea 12:1-4) wrestled with the Angel of the LORD he prevailed; thus he demonstrated the prevailing power he had over the Heavenly Angel and the earthly Esau or the Heavenly realm and the Earthly realm. If we keep choosing God’s Will, we will prevail, as Jacob did.

(Mexico Convention) The Gate of the Tabernacle was twenty cubits wide; the Curtain in Solomon’s Temple was also twenty cubits wide. Mention is made of the four places of abode in Eternity in relation to thirty, sixty, and hundredfold fruitfulness.The main part of the message deals with the Hebrew word for Gate, Shaw-ar, in the Book of Proverbs. Proverbs 1:21 speaks of Wisdom crying at the openings of the Gates. Proverbs 8:3 says that Wisdom crieth at the Gates. Proverbs 14:19 speaks of the Gates of the righteous. And, Proverbs 31:23 says that the Husband of the Virtuous Woman, who is a picture the Bride, is known in the Gates.

(Mexico Convention) At the beginning of the lesson was a brief explanation of the difference in the old Commandment in the Old Testament and the new Commandment in the New Testament. The old Commandment is that we love the LORD God, that we love ourself, and that we love our neighbour as we love ourself. (Mexico Convention) At the beginning of this message, a brief review was given of the Parable of the Sower and the different classes of soil in the human heart. There is way-side soil, hard ground, thorny ground, and good ground. Even the good ground produces different degrees of fruitfulness, some bringing forth thirtyfold, some sixtyfold, and some a hundredfold. (Thanksgiving Service) This message reminds us to be thankful for the Messiah’s suffering for us at Calvary. The Hebrew word for astonied in Isaiah 52:14 means to be stunned, as when a person is hit in the head, causing him to lose his balance or lose his senses, momentarily. It means to be stupefied as a drunk person who has just taken in so much liquor that he does not have his senses. This is the word that was used to describe the effect the crucifixion had upon the Visage, the Form, the Figure of our Saviour, the Messiah. His Visage was marred, ruined. Learn More

The seven rungs on Jacob’s Ladder fit with the seven pieces of furniture in the Mosaic Tabernacle. In Genesis 28:11, Jacob lighted or interceded. This message emphasizes the Blue Fear that causes one to stand in the Gate and reverence the Wisdom of the LORD’s Headship and Master Plan.
