Although this is a Mother’s Day message from Exodus 20:12, which tells us to “Honour thy father and thy mother,” it deals with our unconscious will — the kawbade part that has impressions solidified in it. The Hebrew word for honour is kawbade, which is the lowest level of our will. No matter what kind of parents we have, we need to respect them because they gave us life. Disrespect for one’s parents produces despair.

This lesson shows the three levels of hardness in the Disciples’ hearts as recorded in Luke, chapter twenty-four. It emphasizes the third level — the kawbade — the heavy, slow part of the will. Jesus told the Disciples, “O fools, and slow of heart….”They had not believed the Written Word concerning the Crucified Christ.

(Communion Service) Matthew 26:26-29: After Jesus had blessed the bread, He broke it and gave it to His Disciples, saying, “Take, eat; this is my body. ”Then, after He had given thanks for the cup, He gave it to His Disciples, saying, “Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.” He did not say that the bread and the wine were symbols of His Body and His Blood. This Message focuses upon the four minds in our will. It shows the sinful position of these minds and also the perfect position that God intended for each mind to hold. When it is in the sinful position, at the bottom of the vertical bar of the Cross, the Eem-Mawas Mind, the Decider Mind in the will, usurps God’s right to be the Divine Decider.

(Father’s Day) When God created man, he gave him eight Minds that were to form the load-bearing “pillar” in his mental house. God also gave man eight fragile Minds that were to form the “beam” in his mental house. When man sinned, the eight fragile Minds usurped the vertical position. They now pretend to be a load-bearing “pillar.” And, the eight load-bearing Minds were forced to lie down in a horizontal position and be a “beam.” Learn More
