WHY CHRIST CAME TO BETHLEHEM TO A MANGER — 4TH MESSAGE.....(SUN AM 12/20/2009)

In Luke 2:7-11, it was Christ the Lord, the Son of God, Who was in the manger. Christ was there in the Body of Jesus, the Son of Man. But the Angels from Heaven did not come to introduce His Humanity. Christ was perfect Divinity, and perfect Divinity could not die. All Divinity could do was to lie down in the humble place. God gave His Humanity perfect Humanity. He took on Humanity, and He came to put His Humanity in our place. Because Christ took the greatest position of Humility, He supported Humanity and took Humanity down into Death so that Humanity could be brought up with Resurrection Glory. After eight days, when His circumcision was accomplish, the Babe was called Jesus (Luke 2:21).

The Name Jesus is above all other names (Philippians 2:9-11). He is lifted upon High with All Power in Heaven and Earth—All Power in Creation. The highest part of God is His Resurrection Kabode Glory, which cannot be manifested to anybody except they are down in Death and Hell; then, they can be lifted up. Once we understand this picture in the Christmas story, we see how clearly it is reinforced and confirmed. When we praise the Christ and thank Jesus, then we are caught up on High with the Father’s Resurrection Kabode Glory that is far above all Creation. His Heavenly Father gave the Son All Power of the Kabode Glory, and it is joined to the Father’s no-gah Brightness.
