WHY CHRIST CAME TO BETHLEHEM TO A MANGER — 9TH MESSAGE.....(THU PM 12/31/2009)
(New Year’s Eve) Revelation 13:8 speaks about the Lamb that was slain from the foundation of the world. The word for world, here, in Hebrew, is tay-bale, which means the Seed world. When Christ, the Son of God, was begotten in the Bosom of the Father, the Father gave Him twelve Governmental Names. Christ was introduced to the Father’s Seed World when He was in the Father’s Bosom. Proverbs 8:31 says that His Delights were with the sons of men, aw-dawm, yet they were not even created at this point. This Delight is the place of Delight above all sin.
God has one Lamb. His Name is Christ, but Christ was a Lamb twice. The Manger in which the Son of God, the Christ, was born, the first time, was His Father’s Bosom. This Manger and this first birth of the Christ were without sin. It happened in the pristine, perfect Infinity. This is the place of Delight above sin. Then, in Time, Christ came down to a manger on Earth, and He was born in the midst of sin. It was not that He was a sinner, but He came down in the midst of sin. When He came to a natural manger in Bethlehem, Christ came in a human Veil, called Jesus.
