RULING AND REIGNING — 2ND MESSAGE.....(FRI PM 8/12/66)

This message deals with all four points of the Stature of Truth about Ruling. Since the first point — Natural Rule — was discussed in the first message, this lesson focuses upon the last three points: Spiritual Rule; Conditions for Ruling; and Reward for Ruling.

The LORD Himself is the Ruler in the spiritual realm (Judges 8:22,23). Many other Scriptures are given to show clearly that the LORD rules His people by the Power of His Word. As a Shepherd, He feeds them with His Word. All the creation is subject to the Ruling Power of the LORD’s Word, and this includes fallen Lucifer and all his evil army.

Those who desire to be rulers, through the Word of God and according to God’s Will, must meet the following conditions: They must be diligent in their study of the Word; they must be wise servants; they must be just or upright; and they must fear God.
