JESUS, OUR SHEPHERD, A LESSON ON THE 23RD PSALM…..(SUN AM 11/5/95) (California) In the tenth chapter of John, Jesus said, “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” The “In-Pasture” and the “Out-Pasture” are also seen in the 23rd Psalm. This lesson also shows the counterclockwise movement of the Wheel of the LORD’s Tetragrammaton Name. The Yod of the LORD’s Name is Wisdom to know the Truth that now is — that God is the Head, and He is able to make all things work together for our good and His Glory. The first Hay of the LORD’s Name is Understanding. When the Fire of His Understanding illuminates our understanding, we understand how to practice God’s Principles of Truth in our moral development. The Vaw of the LORD’s Name is Knowledge. Through the LORD’s Name, we can know God intimately, as a husband knows his wife; we can be made One with God’s Will. The second Hay of the LORD’s Name gives us Prudence to Choose God’s Master Plan and Purposive Will.
