QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS......(FRI PM 11/21/97)

Question #1 — Mark 15:25 and John 19:14. Since Jesus was crucified the third hour, how could he be in Pilate’s hall the sixth hour? Answer: These were two different days. Jesus was in Pilate’s hall on the day before His Crucifixion.

Question #2 — Matthew 5:11,12. In other Scriptures, a reward for being persecuted is mentioned. What is the reward for persecution in this passage? Answer: If we sow the Blessed Name, now, when others are reviling us, persecuting us, and speaking evil against us, we will reap the Blessed Name.
