Quick Overview

At the beginning of the lesson is a review of the Worm’s Garment that Jesus wore as He walked the Worm’s Road of Humility when He was here on Earth. He also put on a Garment of Shekinah Glory. The Shekinah was the vertical Shaft of Humility Light that penetrated the darkness of the Ark and illuminated the Written Law or Torah. The Kabode Glory was the Weighty Glory that rested upon the Mercy Seat where the Oral Law was spoken.

THE ARK OF THE TESTIMONY AND THE ARK OF THE COVENANT — 2ND MESSAGE......(SUN PM 9/14/97)

Except for four people, the old-timers who left Egypt did not get to enter Canaan’s Land because of their murmuring and complaining. When God said they could NOT go into the land, then they wanted to, but God let them wandering the wilderness for forty years. Finally, the new group was ready to go in, and God showed them how to cross Jordan into Canaan’s Land. There was an order they had to follow in marching through Jordan. One thing they did once they had crossed Jordan was to set up memorials so that future generations could always return, by faith, and go back through Jordan.

The next section of this study dealt with the positioning of the two Arks as Israel crossed Jordan. First in the line was the camp of Judah or praise (Numbers 10:14).Next, the Tabernacle was carried forward (Numbers 10:17). After Reuben came the Sanctuary (Numbers 10:21). (The Sanctuary included the furniture.) After the Sanctuary came the camp of Ephraim. Last came the camp of Dan.
