TREES OF LIFE ("I AM") AND DEATH ("I")

(International Summer Convention). Matthew 12:1-24 presents the Principle of mountains and valleys and continual opposition on the way to Jerusalem. It was the Sabbath Day when Jesus and His Disciples plucked corn and ate it because they were hungry. The Pharisees were watching to find fault and to criticize Jesus. But, Jesus went on into the Synagogue on the Sabbath Day and healed a man with a withered hand to prove that He was the Lord of the Sabbath and that the Law of Mercy is the Highest Law.

We are supposed to receive Life on the Sabbath Day, and Jesus proved that He had power to give Life to the man’s withered hand so that he could obey the Torah.
