TEN CLASSES OF SCARS THAT JESUS BORE FOR MAN — 11TH MESSAGE.....(FRI PM 5/23/97)

This message is a continuation of the Stature of Truth about the Living, Feminine Torah-Wisdom in Proverbs 9:1-4. The emphasis of this lesson is on Wisdom’s Invitation, the second point on the Stature of Truth. This invitation is given, first, through the maidens and, then, personally by Wisdom Herself.

Ruth, the Moabitess, was called a maiden when she gleaned in the fields of Boaz, the Bridegroom, and her faith in the reality of the Levirate Law was a living witness to the Jewish maidens with whom she gleaned. Wisdom uses maidens or living persons who have a vision of the Bridegroom to extend the invitation. Thus, people can not miss the call if they are willing to receive it through a living creature. Those who humbly receive Wisdom’s call through a creature are able to hear the personal call that Wisdom gives from the High Place in the New City.
