TEN CLASSES OF SCARS THAT JESUS BORE FOR MAN — 3RD MESSAGE.....(SUN AM 5/4/97)

This lesson introduces the second class of Scars, which Jesus received from the thorns in His Crown. This class of Scars fits with the Second Commandment: “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” In Matthew 27:23-29, Jesus was crowned with thorns — a picture of how we prick ourselves and others with our inward and outward thorns. Genesis 3:17-19 relates how man kind was cursed with thorns.
