THE THREE PLACES GOD PROMISES TO MEET WITH US…..(SUN AM 8/25/96)

The meaning of the word meet is explained throughout this sermon. The word means agreement; to fix an appointment; summon for trial; get engaged or betrothed to be married; and stand your position. This lesson deals with the three places God promises to meet with us: (1) Exodus 25:22, in the place of His Headship — at the Mercy Seat; (2) Exodus 29:42, at the place of the Whole Burnt Offering — the foursquare Altar with its four horns; and (3) Exodus 30:6, at the Golden Altar — where the sweetness and fragrance of the Name J-E-S-U-S is released.
