CALLED, CHOSEN, AND FAITHFUL (ROYAL REGIMENTS CLASS TAUGHT LATE FRIDAY EVENING)…..(FRI PM 8/23/96)

Revelation 17:14. This lesson explains what it means to be called, chosen and faithful. After God had formed His Master Plan and Purposive Will for us; He then squeezed out our spirit and shaped it around His Master Plan and Purposive Will. He called (kawraw) to us, which means that He shaped us to fulfill His Master Plan and Purposive Will for us. Then, He announced (kawraw also means to proclaim and publish), throughout all Heaven, the Plan and Purpose He had for each particular spirit and soul.

We must be motivated by our calling and not by human opinion. We are called according to His Purpose. Called also means invited. We are invited to the New City. We were called in Eternity–Past; we also were chosen then. We were shown what would happen to us in time, and we chose what we saw. So, we already have a call, and we already have chosen God’s Will for us. Now, in time, we prove our calling and choosing by our surrender to do God’s Will. We must be proven empirically, as Abraham was. Our calling was for our spirit; our choosing was for our soul; and being faithful (emoonaw) is what our body does. Getting our Minds in the right order makes it possible for us to be faithful.
