SONG OF SOLOMON - 3RD MESSAGE.....(FRI PM 7/19/96)

THE CURTAINS OF SOLOMON AND THE TENTS OF KEDAR OR THE IN-PASTURE AND THE OUT-PASTURE

(Holland Convention): Preliminary remarks included an exhortation on Supernatural Fire in the Mosaic Tabernacle and how it relates to our having the Fire of the Holy Ghost to light up the Word to us and to give us more Faith at the Golden Altar. The Horns of the Brazen Altar were a picture of our Moral High Calling and our reaching our Moral Heights through the Blood that was applied to them. The Blood on the Horns of the Altar was not consumed with the Sacrifice.

To go on for God, we must have fresh Fire every morning and every evening everyday. Then, the lesson continued with Song of Solomon 1:5. The Bride’s colour was black. Jesus’ Humility and Trust in the Father’s Headship were displayed in Gethsemane. The lesson then went to John 10:9 to show that Jesus leads us to the In and Out Pastures. The curtains of Solomon relate to the In-Pasture; the Tents of Kedar relate to the Out-Pasture. The Glory in Christ’s Humility burns us black when we stay under His Headship.
