Quick Overview

There are two Melchizedek’s: the Father-Melchizedek is Unbegotten; He has no beginning nor end (Hebrews 7:3). The Son-Melchizedek was Begotten; He has a beginning and end (Hebrews 7:1,2). As our High Priest, Jesus Christ has both Creative Blood and Redemptive Blood. Before anything was created, God the Father begot His Son and offered Him as a Sacrifice. Before the foundation of the world, the Son of God gave His Creative Blood, from which all things were created. The Son of Man gave His Redemptive Blood on the Cross of Calvary to redeem fallen man. And, we were created to be a living Sacrifice.

And, we were created to be a living Sacrifice. We sacrifice through travail. In Genesis 14:18, Abram was given Creative Bread and Wine (the elements of Communion) which, in God’s appointed time, produced a son called Isaac.
