POWER AND NATURE OF THANKSGIVING…..(WED PM 11/22/95) (Thanksgiving Message) Two sides of thanksgiving in the Life of Jesus: baw-rak or power thanks and yaw-daw or nature thanks. (1) Baw-rak or power thanks. God laced together all creation and gave baw-rak gratitude. Baw-rak means gratitude and blessing, enjoining the power of reproduction and multiplying together, and an urge to move in the right direction. Matthew 15:32-39 shows Jesus using this Principle in the feeding of the 4,000. Matthew 26:26-28: He gave baw­rak gratitude at the Communion Table. Luke 22:17-20: He gave thanks over two cups of blood. (2).Yaw-daw or nature thanks. Yaw-daw means to throw, cast, or confess publicly. Luke 10:20,21; John 11:21: Jesus gave active thanks at the raising of Lazarus.
