Moses’ Disobedience And Joshua’s Obedience

What was the beginning of Moses’ disobedience and unbelief that ultimately kept him from being able to enter Canaan’s Land? This study answers this question. It was God’s Will for Moses to lead the tiny, new nation of Israel out of Egypt’s bondage into the wilderness and then into Canaan’s Land that flowed with milk and honey. This book also shows, by contrast, Joshua’s obedience when God gave him the same chance to prove that he would follow God’s Will in possessing the land. Joshua was Moses’ faithful minister, friend, and God’s faithful soldier, yet he surpassed Moses in his obedience to the LORD. Unfailingly, Joshua obeyed and walked in God’s Purposive Will. Joshua’s life is a true example of obedience to the LORD’s Will that Christians should follow.
